CROSSFIELD STRATEGIC PARTNERS

crossfield.partners

Effective Date: May 7, 2026   |   Last Updated: May 7, 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Crossfield Strategic Partners (‘Company,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at crossfield.partners (‘Site’). This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information generally.

By continuing to use our Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy, subject to any choices you make using the controls described in Section 5. You may withdraw or adjust your consent at any time.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and store certain information about your preferences or actions.

In addition to cookies, we and our service providers may use:

  • Web beacons (pixel tags) — small images embedded in web pages or emails that track whether a page or email was opened
  • Local storage — browser-based storage that functions similarly to cookies and can retain data between sessions
  • Session tokens — temporary identifiers that expire when you close your browser
  • Third-party scripts and SDKs — code embedded by third-party providers (analytics platforms, CRM tools, advertising networks) that may collect information about your browsing behavior

We refer to all of the above collectively as “cookies” throughout this policy.

4. Specific Cookies and Third-Party Tools

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to analyze how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, referral source) via cookies including _ga, _gid, and _gat. This data is processed in aggregate and is not combined with your personally identifiable information.

You may opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

4.2 Google Ads

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you click on one of our advertisements, Google may set a cookie (gcl_au) on your device to track whether the click resulted in a desired action on our Site. This data is used solely for campaign measurement purposes.

You may opt out of Google’s interest-based advertising through Google’s Ad Settings: https://adssettings.google.com

4.3 Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms and to understand actions taken on our Site. The Meta Pixel may set cookies that allow Meta to recognize your browser when you interact with our Site or our Meta advertisements.

You may opt out of Meta’s use of cookies for advertising purposes through your Meta account privacy settings or at: https://optout.aboutads.info

4.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to enable campaign reporting and to understand the professional characteristics of visitors to our Site. The Insight Tag sets a lightweight cookie on your browser. Data collected through the LinkedIn Insight Tag is subject to LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of LinkedIn’s retargeting at: https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out

4.5 GoHighLevel

We use GoHighLevel to manage our CRM, email marketing, SMS communications, and website contact tracking. GoHighLevel may set tracking cookies on your browser that record your interactions with our Site — including pages visited and forms submitted — and associate that activity with contact records in our CRM. This helps our team understand your engagement with our content and respond to your inquiries appropriately.

GoHighLevel’s data is processed on infrastructure it controls and is subject to its privacy and data processing terms. You may opt out of CRM-based tracking by contacting us directly at the address provided in Section 8, or by clearing GoHighLevel-associated cookies through your browser settings.

5. How to Manage and Opt Out of Cookies

5.1 Browser Controls

Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through browser settings. You can view, delete, and block cookies on a site-by-site or global basis.

Instructions for common browsers:

  • Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
  • Mozilla Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cookies-information-websites-store-on-your-computer
  • Safari: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies-sfri11471/mac
  • Microsoft Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/delete-cookies-in-microsoft-edge

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Site, including the ability to submit forms or navigate certain pages.

5.2 Industry Opt-Out Tools

You may opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through these industry opt-out platforms:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): https://optout.aboutads.info
  • Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): https://optout.networkadvertising.org

Opting out through these tools means you will no longer receive interest-based ads from participating companies but does not mean you will stop seeing all advertising.

5.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals websites that you prefer not to be tracked. Our Site does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as no universally accepted standard for DNT response exists at this time. We will update this section if our practices change.

6. Cookies and Financial Privacy

As a financial services firm subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we are mindful that information collected through cookies may, in certain circumstances, be linked to Non-Public Personal Information (NPI).

We take the following precautions:

  • Analytics data is processed in aggregated, anonymized form wherever possible
  • We do not use tracking cookies to collect sensitive financial or health information — such information is collected only through secure, direct submission processes
  • All third-party vendors whose tracking tools are integrated on our Site are subject to data processing agreements that restrict their use of any data collected
  • Cookie data associated with identified contacts in our CRM is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GLB privacy requirements

7. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the tracking technologies we use, changes in applicable law, or updates to our practices. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Your continued use of our Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Cookie Policy.
